The website is a technical directory and resource hub for the UK manufacturing sector. We provide a platform for businesses to be listed (“Index Members”) and for users to find UK-based suppliers and technical resources.
3: Membership & “Index Member” Listings
Verification: Membership is strictly reserved for verified UK-based businesses. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that does not meet our industry standards.
Accuracy: Index Members are responsible for ensuring their technical capabilities, certifications, and contact details are accurate.
Data: Basic listings may contain publicly available data. We provide a mechanism for businesses to claim and “Upgrade” these listings to “Full Membership.”
4: Intellectual Property & The “MMG Manufacturing Index Member Mark”
Ownership: All content, including our “Resource” articles and the “M” branding, is the property of Manufacturing Media Group.
Usage License: Only “Full Members” are licensed to display the MMG Manufacturing Index Member Mark on their own company websites and marketing materials. Unauthorised use of this mark by non-members is strictly prohibited.
5: Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: We provide the Index on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant the quality of the products or services provided by any business listed in the Index.
Indirect Loss: Manufacturing Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business opportunities, arising from the use of this directory or the information provided in the Resources.
6: Acceptable Use
Users must not use the site to send unsolicited marketing (spam) to listed businesses or to “scrape” our database for commercial gain.
7: Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
